[FiveM] Building the Team for "Neon Nights ’86" Lead Developer / Developer / UI/UX Developer / Mapper Wanted!
About Us
With Neon Nights ’86, we are building an ambitious hardcore roleplay server set in the 1980s. Our goal is a sustainable, donation-funded project focused on innovation, authentic hardcore RP, and a unique retro atmosphere.
Please note: This is a German-speaking server. Communication within the team and on the server is primarily in German.
Who Are We Looking For?
Lead Developer (m/f/d)- Technical leadership, architectural decisions, code reviews
- Experience with ESX (Legacy), Lua, Git workflows
- Contact person for the dev team, close collaboration with project management
Developer (m/f/d)- Development and customization of FiveM scripts (Lua, optionally JS)
- Integration of new features, bug fixing, performance optimization
- Independent teamwork, willingness to document
UI/UX Developer (m/f/d)- Design and implementation of modern, theme-appropriate NUI menus
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JS (React/Vue a plus)
- Creative input for the 80s design, collaboration with mapping & content
Mapper / MLO Developer (m/f/d)- Creation and customization of MLOs/interiors in 80s style
- Confident use of CodeWalker, Blender, GTA map editors
- Creative ideas for locations, collaboration with story & event team

Our Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Experience in the respective field (FiveM references or portfolio advantageous)
- Teamwork, reliability, independent work
- German communication (English skills for documentation/scripts a plus)
- Willingness for regular exchange via Discord
