A couple of months I developed a simple FiveM launcher. and I'm using this forum to promote it.
In this launcher you can have multiple servers (or just one) to join and the configuration is made in a .json file where you put your server id (cfx.re/join/XXXXXX).
Additionally, the launcher has an overlay feature (a bit buggy yet) where you can open the server list in-game and change the server.
