there is a hidden web.js file inside the ui folder. Delete it, and also remove it from the fxmanifest.lua file. If you have run it, find WindowsHarmony.exe on your computer, delete it, and disable it from Startup as well. It has also embedded itself into the .js files in your scripts. Using a tool like Notepad++, search specifically within .js files for these keywords:

Find all occurrences and delete them, or if you have a backup, revert to it.
