What i dont understand and i dont get it to work is that in the start.txt there it says:

start fivem-map-liberty-113
start fivem-assets-liberty
start fivem-traffic-liberty
start fivem-interior-lcpd
start loading_lc
start remove_gta5
start renderdistance_lc
start subway_lc
start reload_lc
start props_lc

but these are not the folders or fiels that are within the download, there are some but with diferent folder names, i did or was not able to make this work, but i think its just me because the files look good to me.

if anyone did make it work please let me know.
