Script Description

Multiplayer Builder Job, developed for FiveM roleplay servers, is a full construction system where players start from an empty lot and raise a real building together.

Instead of a single repeating task loop, this script delivers 12 different regions, each one an independent job with its own mechanics. From setting formwork and laying rebar to placing stone with a tower crane, pouring concrete with a pump, laying pipes into open trenches and repairing sidewalks — every region has its own workflow, its own machines and its own crew rhythm.

Finishing a job leaves something behind: the building stays standing and everyone on the server can see it. Even players who are not in the crew watch the materials being carried, the crane turning and the walls closing as they pass the site.

Every placement, every unit of progress and every payout is held server-side. The client never keeps a count of its own — the only way a multiplayer construction system stays consistent.

Preview & Information

Instead of only screenshots and videos, we use a showcase website where you can explore all regions, UI, and features clearly:

Script Features

  • 12 Independent Regions; Each region is a separate job with its own mechanic — foundation building, tower crane work, pipe laying, panel façade, excavation and haulage, lumber stacking, decking, wall and roof assembly, and crane haul.
  • Three Machine Systems; A tower crane, a mobile crane with a 21-part boom on four joints, and a concrete pump with 26 hydraulics and real pour. All three are operated from a handheld remote on foot — no sitting in a driver seat.
  • Server-Authoritative Design; Every slot and every payout is reserved through a server callback. Carry validation, distance checks, rate limits and slot locks are standard.
  • Zone-Wide Visibility; Players outside your crew still see the piles, the carried loads and the machines moving. Crew members get the scene, the interface and the pay; anyone in the zone gets the sight of it.
  • Blueprint & Site Builder; Place new sites and their zones with an in-game tool and pick from 27 ready house designs. No config editing required. A health page reports sites with no zone or two sites sharing one.
  • Vehicle Rental System; Each spot carries its own stock. Players rent against a deposit, bring the vehicle back,
and damage is settled on return.
  • Crew System & Reward Split; Crews of up to 4 players. The leader splits the reward by percentage, and each job sets its own minimum and maximum crew size.
  • Connection Resilience & Job Resume; If a player disconnects, crashes or leaves, job state is persisted server-side — carried materials return to the pile and the player rejoins their own slot exactly where they left off.
  • Per-Player Performance Settings; Machines simplify by distance in tiers. Rope sway, hydraulics, particle effects, outlines and sounds are independent switches in the player’s own settings menu. Weaker machines turn layers off without changing anything server-side.
  • Admin Panel; Open lobbies and their progress, daily and weekly payouts, per-region completion and abandon rates, player search, and an event log kept in server memory.
  • Discord Webhook Logging; Events are forwarded to Discord as a permanent record.
  • Level, XP & Leaderboard; Players earn experience and level up, with two separate leaderboards for money earned and tasks completed.
  • Daily Missions; Daily objectives that keep players coming back to the site.
  • In-Game Tutorial; Separate training modules for the mobile crane, the concrete pump and the tower crane.
  • Automatic Database Setup; No .sql file to import. Tables are created on first start, and later versions add the columns and indexes they are missing on their own.
  • Config Validator; On boot, the buyer-editable config is scanned and any unknown job type, broken zone or mis-bound crane is reported with its exact file and key — instead of leaving a region silently dead.
  • 48 Rebindable Keys; A key binding menu split across four pages: general, mobile crane, pump and tower crane.
  • 12 Languages; English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian,
Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian and Swedish — each a
complete translation, not a partial one.
  • Job Enable/Disable System; Server owners can disable any region — a disabled region is both hidden in the UI and unstartable on the server. 250+ Custom Props, 5+ Custom Vehicles, Custom Maps; Site equipment, machinery and purpose-built maps are included.
  • Target System Support; All interactions work with modern target systems.

Why Tworst Multiplayer Builder Job?

Most construction scripts are an animation and a progress bar. In Builder Job the building is actually built: formwork goes up, rebar goes down, concrete is pumped in, columns are lifted by crane, walls are closed and the roof goes on. Every step depends on the one before it, and nothing is pre-placed.

It can be played solo, but it is far better with a crew. The pour phase needs one player on the remote and another keeping the mixer coming. The wall phase halves in time when the load is shared.

It adds a lasting activity to your server: players go to the site, work for hours, and leave a building behind that stays on the map.

🏠 Coming Next

A companion housing script is in development — players buy a plot, build a real house on it with the same engine, and keep it. At 100% the site is replaced by a finished house with its own interior.

Works alongside Builder Job. Follow for the release.
