How to give permissions
Step 1: Open up HeidiSQL (This is the data base for Qbus)
Step 2: Find your way to Players in HeidiSQL
Step 3: Grab Citizenid, Steam, License, and Name
Step 4: Now find your way to Permissions in HeidiSQL
Step 5: Right click in the Permissions then find Insert row
Step 6: Put Citizenid, Steam, License, and Name in the row
Step 7: You need to put god for permission in the row
Step 8: Launch city then type in /admin in chat : )
