👉What do we need for that?
We need an image editor, it can be Photoshop or Gimp, for example.

For that we would need a plugin.
Now we're going to need a texture tool.
👉Let's get started
When we have downloaded everything, we make a copy of the template and name it, for example, Flag_Tutorial. Now we open the DDS file of a flag that we want to edit with one of our image editors.

Now you can create a flag with this size dimension.

Example:

Now you save it under the flag name you want to replace.
Now open the Texture Toolkit, load a Flag-Yft you want to replace (you can replace any flag if you want). There are usually several per flags, so you'll need to replace them all. e.g. the
US flag includes 3 files prop_flag_us prop_flag_us_s prop_flag_usboat prop_flagpole_2b.

Now go to edit ----> import and select the created dds file.
Repeat this process until you have replaced all flags and delete the flags that you have not replaced.

Now pack the folder under "resources", open the server.cfg and enter the folder there;)
Now you can start your server, have fun.
