Keybinds:
Ping radial: Hold `E` (players can rebind in FiveM key bindings).
Frameworks / Notify:
Auto-detects ESX, QBCore, Qbox, or runs standalone.
Notifications via ESX/QBCore/ox_lib/okok or standalone fallback.
