it looks like you don't have this version of the script in this post as im not able to find the command used in that location.
but if you did i recomend updating oxmysql

Help ? i instert okokbanking_transaction in my database

it did not import correctly delete the tables and try again or.if something already exists the sql stops and does not do the rest in the file. you can edit the file to ignore the ones that is already there by removing it yourself. but in your case i think its easyer to remove the okokBanking tables

when it says to put into loops.lua you have it noted as qb-core/server but there is only a loops.lua in the client file
