Looking For Developer RedM Server Developer

I'm currently building a RedM server (VORP-based) with a focus on immersive, realistic roleplay – in German. The core setup is done, and a small but active community is ready to start playing.

I have a Keymaster account worth around ~ $8,000 (including scripts, MLOs, maps, etc.). I’ll fully cover all server & license costs.

Now I'm looking for:
Developers (Lua/VORP)
Modders (e.g. skins, clothing, etc.)
Designers (e.g. inventory item icons, etc.)
MLO Creators for custom places & environments
Possibly also mappers or UI adjustments

What makes this server special:
Strong community focus – all major decisions are made with the players
Well-balanced systems so Law, Crime, Civilians & Business all have equal fun
Realistic, yet still welcoming to beginners
A core community of 40+ players is already waiting to move over once we're live

Language: The server is mainly for German RP, so a German-speaking dev is ideal, but English is fine too if you're a good fit.

Payment is negotiable!
Whether voluntary, project-based, or regular – we can talk about fair compensation based on your experience and tasks.
