[g-scoreboardV2] [ESX - QBCore] Advanced scoreboard with player information and job counts and heists.

Features
Multi-Language - easily change the language via the config.
My Information - shows the information of the player who opens the scoreboard.
Player List - shows all the players currently in the server.
Heist List - displays the available heists in the server.
Jobs List + Count - shows the jobs from config.lua, retrieves the job list from the config, and displays the total job player count.
